What to include in your message

To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:

  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • The approximate date and time (with time zone) of the upload or enhancement.
  • Your browser and device, for example Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Windows.
  • Any error message you saw, or a screenshot of it.

Please do not email us images that contain sensitive personal information, such as identity documents or payment cards.
